Magrath Professional Centre Cosmetic Reno
Completed in two phases throughout 2023 and 2024, the common areas of a busy office building in Terwillegar were renovated while the building remained open and fully leased. Completing the design by Troy Dashney of Bold Interior Design Inc, the main floor received new finishes including walnut panelling, wallpaper, ceramic tile, all new lighting and custom millwork. The millwork included custom planters, now creating the railing over the second floor mezzanine. On both the second and third floor minor renovations occurred in the washrooms, with all new ceilings, lighting and flooring installed in the corridors.
ABVMA
Completed in the summer of 2023, the new offices of the Alberta Veterinary Medical Association were an exciting build out designed by Natalia Pakin-Amer of Space Studio. Located in Commerce South Office Park in South Edmonton, the project was a complete demolition and re build of just under 10,000 square feet. High end millwork is featured throughout, along with many custom details such as the venetian plaster feature wall in the entryway.
South Edmonton Women's care Clinic
Medical Clinic completed during COVID in February of 2021, this project featured a 2,500 square foot demolition and build out of an 8 exam room doctor’s office for a busy new partnership. Schedule was tantamount throughout the project and was a challenge given the delays and complexities of the COVID pandemic. Separate contracts were established with the landlord team and the tenants, with the end result a busy vibrant new Doctor’s office.
Scheffer Andrew
Completed in November of 2023, this project for Scheffer Andrew featured 9,500 square feet of new offices in Commerce South Office Park. From demolition of the existing space through to a complete build out, the finished project included furniture style office walls, a living moss wall and a stunning entry and reception.
